Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

Ethicaonline.co.uk ships to 170 countries.

The cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package, the destination country and the type of courier. But stander delivery costs to UK its around £3.00-£5.00 and other European destinations are between £5.00 – £9.00.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 48 hours of shipment. Other non-express shipments are usually delivered within 2 – 7 working days.

How can i track the shipment of my order?

For shipments with DHL it is possible to obtain the tracking code but normally we update all our customers within delivery status of all orders by email notification. Otherwise please

What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?

With DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.

All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package.

Do shipping costs include VAT?

No, shipping costs are exempt from VAT. VAT if applicable, will be included in the order.

What documentation do you provide for Extra EU shipments?

For extra EU shipments, we provide the Invoice with Customs Commodity Codes (Tariff Number) and the customs declaration documentation.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Ethicaonline.co.uk is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

How can I make a return request?

You can make a return request within 20 days of receiving the goods by following these instructions:

1 – Access the Order details from your email, and contact our customer services by click CONTACT this will redirected to our customer service form.

2 – Completed the form by adding all relevant information and order details and picture and send to us.

3 – Wait for an e-mail from our customer service with instructions to prepare the goods to be returned.

4 – If you are a customer of the Ethicaonline.co.uk service, please when you send the order, insert a copy of the ORDER NUMBER inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will NOT guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.

The products must be returned intact and with the original packaging.

Can I request a refund for returned goods?

When you return a product, Ethicaonline.co.uk provides a refund in the    form of a credit which is automatically uploaded to your profile. The credit will be issued within a maximum of 10 days from receipt of the return and will be valid for 2 years. The credit is automatically deducted when a new order is placed.

However, if you decide to close your account and no longer buy on Ethicaonline.co.uk, you must contact Customer Service to request a refund.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?

Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, open a   return request ticket your profile and send photos of the product CONTACT. We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.
